Step 1. Build a customer profile

A customer profile is a breakdown of your dream client. Here’s what you want to know:

  • Name

  • Age

  • Gender

  • Location

  • Interests

  • Education

  • The most important one…what problem do they have that you can solve.

Step 2. Build a customer profile

You may think you already know this information, but actually look it up. This is the foundation of your sales machine so you really want to get it right. You can find this information in your website sales data, instagram data, google analytics, or by asking your customers. We like to build a survey for our audience!
