Stop Feeling Overwhelmed in Your Business

Stop Feeling Overwhelmed in Your Business

Hands up if you have too many things on your to-do list and not enough hours in the day?!

Today we're sharing the secret: taking yourself out of your business so you can make money while you eat, sleep, and relax.

We're addressing all the reasons why you think you can't do it: it's too expensive or you want things done your way. And we're breaking down exactly how to stop the overwhelm.

Take yourself out of your business

When your business is you, it can only make money when you’re working. You’re putting an artificial limit on how much your business can grow. That’s a job. You need a business that can grow without you.

The best ways to do it are to automate your job with systems and outsource your work to others.

It’s too expensive

You don’t need a big budget to do it. Any amount is a step in the right direction. Because this isn’t an expense. It’s an investment. The money that you’re spending isn’t missing from your bank account at the end of the month. It’s helping you put more money in the bank.

If you hire an assistant to help you with the marketing, that’s doubling your marketing efforts. You can reach twice as many new people. When done correctly, it’s saving you time and helping you make more money.

You want it done your way

I get that. I’m the same way. I’m a control freak who wants the work done exactly the way I’d do it. So that’s what I did.

I created a system of templates and tutorials so the work is done the way that I want it every time.

But even if there’s a task that only you can do, that doesn’t mean you should be doing it. You’re the CEO of your company. You’re not a VA. And you can’t be doing VA work.

To get to the next level, your business needs a CEO who’s full-time job is getting there. You need to be doing the high level strategy and leadership.

You don’t have enough time

Finding systems and outsourcing work does take time. In the short-term. But long-term, you will save an enormous amount of time.

Your business needs you to think long-term. Put aside a few hours a week to chip away at it. You’ll thank yourself in a month.
